Smashey & Nicey Return!
The 40th Anniversary celebrations for Radio 2 have persuaded Spoof DJs Smashey and Nicey to make a comeback, for a special edition of Pick of The Pops.
The duo, played by Paul Whitehouse and Harry Enfield, will be back on the air on 30 September for the show that will feature a chart rundown from 40 years ago. Mike Smash and Dave Nice started their lives on Harry Enfield’s sketch show during the 1990s. Their run came to an end in a 1994 TV special that saw them being sacked from their radio job.
