Review of The Peter Serafinowicz Show

Hey, The Peter Serafinowicz Show is on tonight! Who? Y’know! Duane Benzie? Oh!

This is the conversation I had with at least three people yesterday. At first I must say I was expecting the kind of horrible repetition of recent sketch shows such as ‘Little Britain’ and the god awful ‘Blunder’. But this honestly was fantastic!

Often very silly, doesn’t try to be intelligent and it certainly doesn‘t need it. Highlights would be Michael Caine’s acting masterclass plus an amazing Chris Tarrant impression from Serafinowicz.

Impressions aren’t the only thing to be expected though – there’s an array of characters, spoof adverts and a frankly cheesy opening credit sequence. For fans of Big Train, Father Ted, Black Books.
