Banter, Radio 4. New series starts 3rd April 2008

The Andrew Collins fronted “Banter” returns to Radio 4 this Thursday for a six week run of Top Three fun and games.

The show enters its third series with the same successful format, and the same regular comedy panellists – Richard Herring, Will Smith and Russell Howard – joined by a different guest contestant each week.

With categories ranging from science to cinema, playwrights to Playstation, the show is based around those random debates people indulge in at work or down the pub. With quick-fire rounds, and the panels’ attempt to guess what the studio audience is thinking, “Banter” continues its high standards in this series.

The first show features Herring, Howard, Dave Gorman and Dillie Keane discussing their top three Bank Holiday films, top three museums and top three Australian imports!
