Channel 4 has decided to comission a second series of “Ponderland”, the Russell Brand show that received disappointing viewing figures during the first series.
Five more half-hour episodes have been ordered from Vanity Projects, Brand’s own production company, to continue the same thematic format throughout the series. Despite the low viewing figures the first series was nominated for a Bafta.
Brand is also reportedly working on a talk show to help him crack America. This week Brand axed the planned movie version of his autobiography, “My Booky Wook”
