“Lee Mack Live” – the debut stand-up DVD from the star of BBC One’s award-winning sitcom “Not Going Out” – comes to television for the first time on Channel 4. The show features BAFTA winner Lee in action at London’s Bloomsbury theatre on his most recent nationwide sell-out tour.
Mack presents made-up-true-stories, audience banter and a hefty dose of finely crafted one-liners in a parallel universe where the All Blacks perform a camp jazz-hands Haka, pasties are sold in the style of pretentious perfume ads, and grandmothers snort Angel Delight. Learn about what your pet says about you, the physical perils of being a cockney and what to do if you encounter a goat during your driving test, all delivered with Lee’s trademark physical energy.
The third series of “Not Going Out” is set to return in January, while series two will be released by Universal Pictures in the New Year. Channel 4 will broadcast “Lee Mack Live” on Friday 7th November
